Above is a clip of a training we did, “Creating Trauma Sensitive Schools” for Henry School. It features a technique that is very helpful in working with youth - the 2x10 method for building relationships with youth.

Our staff have been doing trainings for school staff and teachers for 21 years on a variety of topics including MTSS, Social-Emotional Learning, Discipline, Culture & Climate, and many more.

  • Our trainings are always interactive and rely on participant involvement.

  • Christina specifically developed the trauma training that is now used throughout Chicago Public Schools to train their staff.
